The PIT Tower project is the result of a contest organized by the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Monterrey, to create a building that contains spaces for business incubation.

The program consisting of research and consultation areas, laboratories, incubation area, auditoriums, lobby, general services and parking; It is complemented by spaces intended for the interaction and recreation of users through the generation of terraces and a sky garden, where the exchange of ideas and experiences can be carried out in an organic and natural way, increasing learning and training opportunities. of business networks.
