Description: 

The project consisted of the design of an office tower in an efficient scheme ruled by a simple structural module that can be replicated at all levels of the building. The architectural party is made up of three large programs that are the parking lot, the lobby, the cafeteria and entertainment area, and the office floors. The office floors are an open floor plan for renting the space that is suitable for each client.

 

Finally, the tower is covered by a skin, generated through a study of light and shadow that covers the facades facing the most critical hours of sunlight throughout the year.
